In response to The Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge: Tour Guide
Welcome to a small town in southwestern Ontario, Canada. These are only two of our distinct and unique seasons.
Strong winds + bitter temperatures + river = masterpiece.
Sunset over lake + para-sail + sense of adventure = summer solitude.
wow, so grand!

Delighted to get to know the weather in Canada. Lovely two shots. The first looks like it is a piece of art – and it must have been cold for the icicles to form that way. The second shot is an amazing sight. So full of warmth all round. I haven’t been to Canada yet. But I’ve heard that it is cold for most of the year and much, much colder than where I am in Australia 🙂
Actually that is not true… it totally depends upon what part of Canada you are in. Where I am, Winter is cold, obviously. Spring and Fall are mild in temperatures and Summer is hot.. often into the 90’s. I hope you do get the opportunity to visit.
Beautiful!
Wow, I’m cold just LOOKING at that first capture!!! A masterpiece of nature for sure.
Wow! That iced tree is amazing! I’ve never seen anything like that.
Me neither. It was a first for everyone here.
